In no event shall ProofFlow's aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid ProofFlow in the last 12 months.
6 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of the Terms.
